These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of HPC Mastery (the "Service"), a digital platform providing high-performance computing course content, hands-on labs, quizzes, an AI Tutor, and completion certificates. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
HPC Mastery provides online educational content covering high-performance computing topics. Course availability, pricing, and content are subject to change. Some courses are free; others require payment, as shown on the course page at the time of purchase.
2. Your Account
You must register an account to access most features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information when registering.
3. Purchases & Course Access
Paid courses are purchased through our payment processor, Razorpay, and are subject to the purchase terms shown at checkout. Access to a paid course's lessons, quizzes, and other content is granted only once your payment has been successfully verified. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.
4. Acceptable Use
Please don't share your account, redistribute paid course content, or attempt to circumvent access controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service.
5. AI Tutor & Certificates
The AI Tutor gives AI-generated explanations to support your learning; responses may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate, and it's a learning aid rather than authoritative technical guidance. Certificates are issued on completing a course's requirements and can be verified using the certificate lookup on this site.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
