Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

This Privacy Policy describes what information HPC Mastery ("we", "us") processes when you use our website and Service, and how we use it.

1. Information We Process

To provide the Service, we process:

  • Account information: your name and email address.
  • Course/enrollment information: enrollments, progress, quiz results, and certificates earned.
  • Order/payment identifiers: for paid courses, the order amount, currency, status, and Razorpay's own order/payment reference IDs. Card, UPI, and bank details are entered directly into Razorpay's own checkout and are never received or stored by us — see "Payment Processing" below.
  • AI Tutor conversations: your questions and the responses, so you can revisit them.
  • Technical/security information: standard web server logs (such as IP address and request timestamps), used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use This Information

To provide your account, courses, and certificates; to process payments and grant access to purchased courses; to send account-related emails (such as password resets); to respond to support requests; and to maintain the security of the Service.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by Razorpay, our payment processor. Your card/UPI/bank details go directly to Razorpay's own checkout and are subject to Razorpay's own privacy and security practices — we do not receive or store them ourselves.

4. Email Delivery

We use a third-party email delivery service to send account-related emails, such as password reset links. These contain only what's needed for that purpose — never payment details.

5. Data Retention & Your Choices

We retain account and course-activity data while your account is active, or as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected]; some records (such as payment history) may need to be retained where required by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable security measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls — to help protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Changes & Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
